Meet Nikki & Jonah

We don’t just work with active bodies. We live in ours.

Movement has always been part of our lives - from strength training and hiking to simply staying capable enough to keep doing the things we love. That perspective shapes the way we practice massage therapy.

Between us, we bring decades of hands-on experience, but every session still begins with the person in front of us. We listen, assess, adapt and work collaboratively - because your body, your goals and your life are uniquely yours.

Jonah is currently the Program Director for Orange County Technical College’s Massage Therapy program and has been in massage education since graduating Atlanta School of Massage in 1999. He also maintains his private practice in Maitland.

Nikki maintains her private practice in Maitland and also provides Lifestyle Coaching for clients who want to integrate health and wellness across physical, psychological and emotional areas of their lives.
