How do I schedule a session?

can i see you for massage and coaching?

Although we often guide our clients with recommended homework to support their healing journey in between sessions, appointments must be made separately for massage or life coaching sessions. This ensures appropriate boundaries within the therapeutic relationship and provide a safe container for the client as well as for the provider.


what should i expect in our first session?

For massage: After you complete a new client intake form, we will discuss your individual needs and goals. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to review your intake form with the provider.

For coaching: You will complete intake paperwork and we will review it in your first session. We will discuss your needs and begin developing a plan of care.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay for the full cost of the session. If you notify us under 24 hours, you will be required to pay for 50% of the session. Cancellations made over 24 hours in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees MUST BE PAID IN FULL before additional services can be provided.
